Strainers

Angle-Line

  • Can be cleaned without removing it from the process line, increasing production uptime
  •  3-A certified when used with a perforated insert
  • Allows for both standard and reverse process flow by changing the strainer element frame
  • 4″ body Angle-Line Strainers have Canadian Registration Numbers (CRN)
  • 4” body Angle-Line Strainers and 6” body High-Capacity Angle-Line Strainers are available to meet different process volume needs

Straight-Line

  • Strainer & Element Material: 316L stainless steel
  • Sanitary ID Finish: 32 μin Ra
  • Maximum Temperature Rating: 250 °F
  • Full Assembly Maximum Pressure Rating: 120 psi
  • Wedge wire elements have some interior surfaces greater than 32 μin Ra due to the construction process
  • When shipped, strainer assemblies with a Teflon Encapsulated O-ring are not lubricated. Strainer assembled with other O-ring materials will be lubricated with an FDA-compliant silicone grease
  • Hot water jacket is available in 4″ strainer bodies only

Tee-Line

  • Designed to keep foreign materials such as gasket pieces, bolts, and other items out of your pumps, valves, and process equipment
  • Tee-Line Strainer’s open area of perforation exceeds line size diameter. There’s minimal pressure drop
  • The Tee-Line Strainer is engineered with simplicity and durability in mind, and the tri-clamp fitting allows quick and easy insert removal

For repeated installation accuracy, Tee-Line Strainers with alignment pins are an option within the Tee-Line Strainer Model Key

Y-Strainers

  • Designed to fit into tight piping configurations where room is scarce
  • Design provides easy access to the element for quick inspection and cleaning
  • Engineered with a close-tolerance fit (0.010”) at the base of the insert that eliminates the need for an O-ring

3-A certified when used with the perforated element

Basket Strainer

  • Constructed to strain particulates out of high-volume process streams
  • Innovative design includes a side inlet, which allows you to easily remove the basket for cleaning without disconnecting the line
  • 3-A certified when using the perforated element
