How the Admix PIC CX Works:
The PIC CX system includes an ergonomic worktable, a washdown control panel, and a high-performance powder suction pump. The pump creates a vacuum based on the venturi principle, drawing powders or liquids from bags, drums, or bulk containers directly into the mixing chamber. For materials that dissolve or suspend readily, the discharge can go directly to the next process step. For materials requiring further dispersion, deagglomeration, or emulsification, the PIC CX can be integrated with a batch tank and high-shear mixer or an inline high-shear mixer. As with all powder induction systems, precise volumetric control of the entrained material is difficult; therefore, they are typically used within a batch mixing process for accurate recipe control.
