How the VacuShear CX Works

The VacuShear CX process begins by filling the mix tank with liquid. The integrated Rotosolver high-shear mixer is activated, and then the vacuum pump is engaged. This creates a vacuum within the tank, drawing powders, solids, or liquids directly into the mixing head below the liquid surface. This subsurface addition, combined with the vacuum, eliminates air entrainment and foaming. Once ingredients are added, the Rotosolver continues to mix, ensuring complete dispersion and homogenization. The vacuum can be maintained for deaeration before unloading the finished product.
